With more than 25 years of experience in the GIS & mapping industry, McKay began his career as a photogrammetry technician and field surveyor. Originally from Northern Ireland, McKay has worked with BKS Surveys, Aerometric Engineering, Wild (Leica), Carl Zeiss, Autometric, and Spectra Precision Software. In 1999, McKay became the Director of Sales and Marketing at ERDAS, Inc. Following Leica Geosystems’ acquisition of ERDAS and LH Systems in 2000, McKay was appointed Vice President, Global Sales for Leica Geosystems Geospatial Imaging. In this role, McKay is responsible for worldwide sales and support for Leica Geosystems’ products and services. McKay is a certified photogrammetrist, ASPRS.

Ashok Wadwani

Ashok Wadwani is founding President of AFDS Inc., established in 1995 and specializing in supplying complete mapping systems for GIS and other applications. He has been extensively involved in designing GPS/GIS and field mapping systems. Ashok has over 35 years of experience in designing field data collection systems and has conducted several workshops globally. He has also written several articles related to GPS/ GIS technology. He is a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, USA. He also holds a M.S. in Physics fromUniversity of Lucknow, India. Ashok Wadhwani is a member of professional societies like GITA (Geospatial Information Technology Association) and ISA (Instrument Society of America).

Chris Palfreyman

Chris has over 25 years of experience in the Software industry. He started his career in Local government in 1976 but switched to the private sector soon after gaining his Civil Engineering qualifications. He worked as a Design Engineer for two major UK housing companies, and was appointed Development Director for Thomas Lowe Homes, then part of the second largest house builder in the UK. In 1987 Chris joined Ground Modeling Systems Limited, responsible for QA and software development. Later he moved to Germany heading up the German subsidiary of GMS, which was supporting a large and growing user base throughout mainland Europe. Chris joined Infrasoft in 1998 as Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region and during 1999 he was appointed Indirect Channel Business Manager and later Sales Director for UK and Ireland. Chris had responsibility for the management of Infrasoft India, a start-up company based in New Delhi and was MD of their Australian company Infrasoft PTY after their acquisition in 2002.Bentley Systems acquired Infrasoft in 2003. Since then Chris has been Industry Sales Director for a region consisting of Eastern Europe, Italy, Middle East and ANZ. For the last 2 years he has been Practice leader for Bentley Civil Professional Services.

Oscar Custers is Bentley System, Inc.'s overseas business development director for geospatial; managing Bentley's key accounts outside of North America. Since joining Bentley in 1998, Mr. Custers has organized 3 global Bentley research seminars, and delivered numerous high-level presentations and papers in various international industry conferences.Graduating with a degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of Utrecht, Mr. Custers began his work in the Geospatial field over 15 years ago; with a primary focus on Land and Property.

Baraq Hadi

Baraq Hadi joined Bentley in 1997 and currently serves as Territory Executive for Middle East and Africa.  Initially joining Bentley as Country Manager over Saudi Arabia, Mr. Hadi has held positions within the company as VP Middle East, and Territory Executive over the Middle East and India.  Before joining Bentley, Baraq Hadi worked with Intergraph Corporation as a senior technical manager.  Mr. Hadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BEE) from University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he earned Dean’s List and Honor Scholar.
